JUNE RAPID TOURNAMENT
1. Organiser: The Tournament is organised by ASEAN CHESS ACADEMY and played under the Laws of Chess and the following rules.
2. Eligibility: Organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason.
3. Venue: 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road, #10-04 Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Singapore 588179. Tel: 97907981.
4. Date: Sunday 12th June 2016.
5. Reporting Time: 1.30pm – Round 1 starts by 2pm. Finish by 6.00pm.
6. Format & Time Control: 6 or 7 rounds Swiss System. 15 minutes per player to complete the game.
7. Entry Fee: $30 cash or cheque payable to ASEAN CHESS ACADEMY PTE LTD to above address. Or email to sam@aseanchessacademy.com with confirmation of direct payment to DBS Account: 070-900185-8.
8. Closing Date: Wednesday, June 8th 2016 7pm.
9. Prizes: Trophies, Centre Membership and Book & Clock Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 placings depending on the number of entries. Age category prizes will also be awarded for U7, U9 & U11 boys/girls subject to number of entries.
10. In the event of any dispute against the Chief Arbiter, the decision of the Appeals Committee shall be FINAL and no further correspondences shall be entertained.
